Kisakye Junior Community School is a community based Junior and primary school that was established in 2010 in Uganda with the aim of providing fundamental education to most vulnerable young generation especially orphans and vulnerable children, marginalized children for better living standards. The school provides fundamental education from nursery level to primary level with the aim of building a strong foundation in their academic field. The school’s activities also aim at reducing vulnerability levels in the society by empowering the underserved children with quality education and vocational skills for self-reliance. The school also promotes Godliness among the pupils through spiritual growth programs including bible reading, evangelism, Sunday service and Peer group counselling.

Founding Director
Birewe Davidson is an experienced teacher, child counsellor and social worker with 14 years in teaching primary level. He holds a Master degree in Public Administration and Management from Team University. He also holds a Post graduate diploma in Education Policy Planning and Management from Kyambogo University, Kampala. He is one of the founder members for Kisakye Junior Community School upholding the vision of lifting the school to serve and transform the local community.
Co-Founding Director
Babalanda Samson is an experienced teacher, social worker and community counsellor with 12 years in teaching. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Kyambogo University, a diploma in Social Work and Social Administration. He is a Co-founder of Kisakye Junior Community School and oversees the day to day running of the school project.
Community Mobiliser
Beatrice is a child counsellor, spiritual leader and an experienced teacher. She holds a diploma in Child and Community Counselling from Team University Kampala. She is an assistant overseer for the school project.
